研究工作围绕“中心法则”,综合运用生物、化学、物理等多学科交叉,建立具有时间、空间和单细胞分辨率测序技术,并运用这些技术探究基因表达调控和疾病致病机理。具体包括:1)开发空间翻译组测序技术,揭示亚细胞定位、细胞周期、细胞类型和脑区特异的翻译调控;2)开发空间转录组与蛋白质共检测技术,绘制阿尔茨海默症小鼠脑组织病理图谱;3)开发时空转录组测序技术,在亚细胞尺度揭示RNA动力学图谱。
