液滴萃取表面分析:新颖的质谱分析工具

摘 要
液滴萃取表面分析(LESA)是基于芯片的多通道纳喷离子化技术,集芯片纳升注射(Chip-based Infusion)、在线纳升液相(nanoLC)- 质谱联机、馏分收集(Fraction Collection)在线分析、液体萃取表面分析(LESA)以及 LESAPLUS进一步在线分离等优势于一身的新颖的高端质谱产品。不同于传统的单一模式的液质(LC-MS)联用分析,LESA 作为新型的质谱进样系统,更适用于通量分析复杂的生物基质样品,能充分发挥高端质谱仪尤其是高分辨质谱和串联质谱的强大功能,既可以在有限的时间内提高样品分析通量和重现性,又可以在充裕的时间内诠析复杂样品,发掘生物基质中更加丰富的化学和生物学信息。
LESA 突破传统 nanoLC-MS 技术的瓶颈,利用纳升级电喷雾的高灵敏度离子化,通过自动、重现的多通道喷雾针设计,来实现极小量样品的多次重复测量,保障高准确度和高重复性,实现生物样品如组织切片、体液、干血斑、MALDI 点样板、临床样品、生物材料、细菌等表面的原位、灵敏、直接、和高通量分析,特别适合于对体内药物代谢研究、代谢物鉴定、蛋白质表达分析、脂质分析、药物在组织中分布成像等复杂样品的分析。为进一步加强学术交流,我们特邀华质泰科生物技术(北京)有限公司总裁兼首席技术官刘春胜(Charles C. 演讲人简介
刘春胜,加拿大艾伯特大学(University of Alberta)化学系博士,质谱研发、制造、商业推广、技术应用和发明专家,现任华质泰科生物技术(北京)有限公司总裁兼首席技术官,主导DART、LESA、LDTD、DESI、HM等先进质谱技术在大中华地区从零开始的推广和普及,国家十二五 “863” 计划生物技术前沿项目“蛋白质测序新技术新装备及配套试剂国产化:电喷雾离子源 - 串级质谱测序技术及装置研发” 课题承担单位负责人。历任Agilent生命科学事业部大中华业务经理、学术与政府业务经理、质谱业务及市场经理;AB SCIEX 亚太区事业拓展部及中国市场部经理;研发(加拿大多伦多)和市场中心(美国旧金山)资深科学家。活跃于美国质谱学会ASMS(1998-2016)和中国质谱学会等组织,发起成立“中国分析测试协会青年学术委员会”(1990-2014)、“中国原位电离质谱会议(AIMS)”(2013-)等组织,曾获美国化学会ACS’00荣誉奖、BCEIA’93 金奖,国家科技进步奖’92一等奖,国家体委科技进步奖’91特等奖。 为 《Anal Chem》 《Electrophoresis》 《JPR》 《RCM》 《JMS》 《Food Chem》《Chem Commun》《Talanta》《Anal Methods》等特约审稿人。
