植物病毒是严重威胁全球农业安全的病原物,其中约80%植物病毒依赖昆虫媒介传播。我们围绕病毒侵染循环开展研究,系统解析病毒入侵、增殖与传播过程中植物的抗病虫免疫机制及病毒的应对策略。主要研究进展包括:鉴定了挥发性化合物水杨酸甲酯的植物受体,阐明了植物气传性免疫抗病虫的分子机制和病毒的反防御策略(Nature, 2023);解析远红光调控植物免疫的信号通路,揭示病毒干扰远红光受体核转运来逃逸宿主防御的新机制(Science Advances,2025);首次建立钙信号与RNAi通路之间的联系,阐明植物感知病毒入侵启动抗病毒RNAi 通路核心基因表达的早期信号及调控机制,同时也揭示了病毒的反防御机制(Cell Host & Microbe,2021)。
