1. Demonstrated a new layer of chromatin state and transcription regulation by m6A-modified chromosome-associated RNA (carRNA).

2. Discovered the new regulatory mechanisms of how aberrant m6A methylation affecting cancer progression.

3. Discovered the regulatory mechanism of m6A modification in dendritic cells to control anti-tumor immunity.
